Continuing the Momentum
Since its launch, WorkAdvance Findlay has accepted 148 participants, and 80% of those have completed the program, which is a remarkable success rate that reflects the commitment of both participants and instructors alike. The program’s mission has always been simple but powerful: to connect good people with good jobs.

Each new cohort builds on lessons learned from the last, refining our approach and creating a stronger, more focused experience for participants. The WorkAdvance team has worked hard to make sure this program feels more like a professional workplace than a classroom.
Celebrating Cohort 16: The Most Active and Engaged Yet
Graduation day never gets old at WorkAdvance, but our 16th cohort was something special. Instructor Wil Schroeder, who has guided nearly every class since the program began, described this group as “our most active and participatory cohort yet.”
